Dear Colleagues,

The ASHTECH UZ-12 receiver at the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, PRC (SHAO) 
station reverted to its internal clock between 2008-09-18 and 2009-03-19.  The 
external 5 MHz H-Maser reference has been locked back on again.  An updated site 
log has been submitted to the IGSCB.
