[IGSSTATION-2956]: KHAR receiver change

Dear colleagues,

On 2009-03-27T10:25Z the receiver at KHAR (Kharkiv, Ukraine) station was 
changed (from temporally installed unit NOV OEMV3 S/N 50002, Firmware Version: 
3.50, to old unit NOV OEMV3 S/N 00009 with new Firmware Version: 3.50).

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.

We are grateful to Europromservice company (EPS, Kharkiv) for firmware upgrading 
and providing with receiver for period from 18-MAR-2009 to 27-MAR-2007.
