Dear colleagues,

The NISU station ant NIST was taken down briefly on Tuesday, Feb 3 to 
replace the controlling computer.  Data should be complete and 
continuous from now on.  Please recall that this is an older station 
at NIST, Boulder.  The primary station for our lab is called NIST.

Data were missed data between 19:55:30 and 20:30:00 GPS time on 3 
February 2009.  That is, there were data at those times, but not 
between.  Also there was another brief outage between 23:47:00 and 23:49:30.
