[IGSSTATION-2769]: TROM and TRO1 - data lost

Dear colleagues,

Because of problem with the power supply to the receiver for station TROM, we`ve lost data in the period from DOY366 until DOY008.

This incident has also caused problem for the station TRO1, and the data which is lost from this station is from DOY 366 until DOY 002.


We apologize for this inconvenient.
