Dear Colleagues,

Please be aware that the external reference (Rubidium) at the Arequipa,
Peru (AREQ) IGS station is no longer locked to the ASHTECH UZ-12
receiver, and the receiver is being steered internally starting today,
December 09th (2008.344). An updated log has been submitted to the IGS-CB.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the AREQ station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and The Arequipa Tracking Station, with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area -
Science Mission Directorate.

Best regards,

-Oivind Ruud
