[IGSSTATION-2654]: GOPE: interuption due to the computer crash

Derar colleagues,
due to the station computer crash there are no RINEX data from GOPE
station between Sunday 2008-11-16 10:40 UT (DOY 321 hour K) till today,
Tuesday 2008-11-18 9:00 UT (DOY 323 hour J).

The real-time data stream (RTCM NTRIP) was affected only by short
interruptions due to resets of receiver Ashtech Z18.

We appologize for the interruptions.
