ADVISORY:

The computer controlling STR1 has failed on DoY 282. The data from the
receiver has been downloaded, and will be uploaded to the IGS data centres
shortly. 

A new receiver, a LEICA GRX1200GGPRO, and communication system has been
installed for STR1 as of DoY 294 04h00Z. The external frequency clock, a
Caesium, was found to be faulty and has been sent off for repair. 

An updated site log, detailing these changes, has been submitted to IGSCB, and
is also available from the Geoscience Australia web site. The site log also
has been updated to included local tie survey results conducted in 2003 and
2006. The skeleton file for STR1, used by NTRIP, has also been updated on the GA ftp server.
