Dear Colleagues,

An updated log has been submitted for the Kokee Park, HI (KOKB) station. 
Work was done around the antenna site during the times below, and a 
powered GPS signal splitter was installed to accommodate a second GPS 
receiver. The splitter was installed September 24th (2008.268) 20:00 
UTC. There was no GPS antenna change.

Work with possible local disturbance around KOKB antenna:

10.4 Date                     : 2008-09-23/2008-09-24
     Event                    : Work around antenna for a five hour period
                              : ~20:00-01:00 Z

10.5 Date                     : 2008-09-24/2008-09-25
     Event                    : Work around antenna for a five hour period
                              : ~20:00-01:00 Z
