Dear Colleagues,

The IGS site Azusa (AZU1) failed on Sept 24 apparently due to a bad power supply 
on the NetRS.  A new NetRS was installed in Oct 3 at 17:31 UTC.  Unfortunately 
there is a data gap from Sept 24 - Oct 3.  We apologize for this inconvenience 
of this outage.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.
