******************************************************************************

Author: Pierre Uhrich (LNE-SYRTE, Observatoire de Paris)

Dear Colleagues,

This message is an update on the problems having affected OPMT station
after the unexpected cut of electrical power in Observatoire de Paris
which took place on August 28 at 10:22 UTC (DOY 241, MJD 54706).

We consider that OPMT data are nominal again since Tuesday September 2
after 13:00 UTC (DOY 246, MJD 54711).

We have not interrupted the data collection during the period from DOY
241 to 246, but we advise potential users that those data are corrupted,
and do include phase and frequency steps or other abnormal behavior
affecting the external clock which will not be documented further.

Therefore, even if the H-Maser used as external clock remains the same,
it should be considered as a new clock since DOY 246. You will find here
joined a new site log for OPMT station, which shows in section 6 the
lack of external clock during a few days.

We hope that no further update for this incident will be needed.
Best regards.
P. Uhrich
