Dear colleagues,

The JPS Legacy receiver at DLFT is was switched from internal frequency
to an external 10 MHz HIGH PREFORMANCE CESIUM WITH MICROPHASE STEPPER
UTC(VSL) frequency of the Dutch national standard laboratory at
2008-07-01T14:00Z.

An updated sitelog is submitted to the IGS-CB.
