Data submissions for NAIN have been off-line since Day 167 (June 15) 
due to communication problems (again). We have been waiting for the 
new Internet connection which we hope will resolve our repeated 
connection problems. The Internet was finally installed last Friday 
and we are shipping up additional equipment for the Internet 
connection.

We hope to have communications back on-line next week or early the 
next. We do not expect any data loss.
