[IGSSTATION-2319]: IENG: RINEX hourly data files corrupted

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform you that due to some problems related with the 
tool managing Ashtech ZXII-3T receiver used for IENG station, related RAW 
files since DOY 164 hour 'w' to DOY 168 hour 's' have been generated 
"corrupted" and the following conversion to RINEX generated files containing 
only a few minutes of GPS observables.

The problem has been already fixed and solved, but unfortunately original 
RAW files cannot be resumed. For this reason, hourly and derived daily IENG 
RINEX files for the above mentioned period have to be considered "corrupted" 
and have not to be taken into account.

I apologize for the inconvenience this setback may cause.
