[IGSSTATION-2285]: WROC: receiver replacement

Dear Colleagues,

Because of the malfunctioning network card our GNSS receiver Leica GRX1200 GG 
Pro will be replaced. The new receiver is of the same type and will be installed 
on 27-May-2008. New receiver will be working up to the finish of repair. The 
replacement procedure takes some time and the data for this (as short as 
possible) time will not be available. After the replacement new messages will be 
send with the proper information and new sitelog will be submitted.
