[IGSSTATION-2222]: SHAO: GPS receiver switched to external H-Maser clock

Dear Colleagues,

The ASHTECH UZ-12 receiver at the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, PRC 
(SHAO) station has been switched from internal clock to an external 5 
MHz H-Maser reference. The switch occurred between 14:10 - 14:16 UTC on 
April 17th (2008.108). New data is available from the data centers, and 
an updated log has been submitted to the IGS-CB.

We would like to acknowledge the help and assistance from personnel at 
the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory in facilitating this upgrade.

Maintenance and operations of the SHAO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - 
Science Mission Directorate.
