[IGSSTATION-2165]: UNBJ/UNB2/UNB3: Met Sensors, UNB2, and WVR Back in Operation

With reference to IGS Station Mail message number 1856, the met sensors
used to provide the RINEX met files for IGS station UNBJ and IGS L2C Test
station UNB3 have been reinstalled and the submission of met files restarted
on day 74, 14 March. Also, the antenna for UNB SuomiNet station known as UNB2
has been reinstalled and data is once again going to UNAVCO. Since the antenna
may not be in exactly the same position as before, it has  been assigned a new
SuomiNet station number: SA56 (it was formerly identified as SA26). The WVR
has also been reinstalled on the Gillin Hall roof. We apologise for the
extended outages.
