On March 5, 2008, the sample rate of the WSRT receiver was increased
from 30 sec to 1 sec, resulting in a little more noise on the
measurements because the smoothing method applied by the Turbo
Rogue receivers was bypasssed.
Today, 13 March, 2008, we changed the decimation method for the
hourly and daily rinex files. Instead of decimating the data
to 30 sec the decimation/smoothing method used by the Turbo Rogue
has been replicated. The software to do this has been kindly provide by
Mark Caissy of NRCAN.
Daily rinex files for day 065-072 have been resubmitted to the relevant
data centers.
