Dear colleagues,

the receiver at ADIS (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) has been exchanged.
The exhange took place on March 11 at UT 7:00. The new receiver
is a Topcon Legacy E with GPS+Glonass tracking. The new site log
adis_20080311.log will be sent to the IGS central bureau right now.
