[IGSSTATION-1558]: GOPE: station computer software failure

Due to failute of station computer with GBSS software the GOPE station
doesn't collect data from 2007-May-05 ~18 UT till 2007-May-07 ~8 UT.
The real-time data stream is also corrupted in similar times.
