Dear colleagues,

On 16-OCT-2006 09:40 UTC KHAR receiver was switched to internal clock.

Malfunction of the External Frequency Standard (H-maser) caused bad
quality data in periods from 22-AUG-2006 to 29-AUG-2006 (doys 234-241) and
from 16-SEP-2006 to 16-OCT-2006 (doys 259-289).

The updated Site Information Form was sent to the IGS CB and the EPN CB.
