UNBJ data started to flow to CDDIS and SOPAC on 6 September, day 249. UNB1
observation files from 16 August through 5 September should not be used
(unless antenna height is modified). These files will be replaced with UNBJ
files soon. A further message will be sent when the files have been replaced.
