ADVISORY:
 
We have been experiencing technical difficulties at TOW2 from DoY 248; no
satellites are being tracked since 03h00Z. A replacement receiver is being
sent for installation. Unfortunately we expect to have data loss from DoY248
03H00Z until the site is operational again.

I apologise for any inconvenience this outage and data loss may cause.
