[IGSSTATION-997]: JAMA has resumed delivering data to IGS

After the Jamaica Meteorological Service replaced the dail-up internet 
connection with a DSL at the site and the NGS/NOAA replaced the receiver,
the data delivery from JAMA to IGS (both CDDIS and IGN) data centers has 
resumed. The hourly data files are sent within 5 minutes pass the
top of the hour, and the daily data files within 17 minutes pass GPS 
midnight.

The updated station log is attached and was sent to IGS CB. Please note: 
the antenna remains the same.
