Dear Colleagues,

Power and network connectivity have been restored to the Franceville, 
Gabon, (MSKU) station, and  data publishing has resumed.  Unfortunately 
there were two data gaps and are as follows:  2005-12-21T17:45:00 - 
2005-12-22T08:30:30 and from 2005-12-23T15:15:00 - 2006-01-05T15:45:00.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the MSKU station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, IRIS, USGS, and Universite des Sciences et 
Techniques de Masuku in Franceville, with funding provided by NASA's 
Earth Science Enterprise.
