ADVISORY:

The GPS receiver at KARR is beginning to show signs of failure, with
occasional periods of disrupted tracking to GPS satellites. There have been
data gaps of approximately 3 hours since DOY 259 in the daily files. A
replacement receiver is being sent up to KARR, and will hopefully arrive
before the receiver fails.
