On Monday, 2005-Aug-15 (DOY 227) at approximately 16:00UTC
GPS tracking at YELL paused during maser maintenance.  
A 5-volt power supply was replaced.  An updated microprocessor 
was installed at the same time.  Maintenance was completed and
data collection resumed at 20:00UTC
