Advisory:  NAIN back on-line with new firmware

New firmware version CK00 has now been successfully installed in the NAIN receiver beginning Day 130 at 16:15:00 UT. The first 16 hr of data that day were lost due to problems with the remote install. An updated site log has been sent the IGS.
