[IGSSTATION-438]: WSRT: receiver failure

Tuesday April 5, 2005 (day 095), 11.52 GMT a power failure at 
Westerbork (NL) damaged the AoA TurboRogue ACT receiver (WSRT).

Awaiting repairs, the Royal Observatory of Brussels was willing to loan us a
similar receiver and this one has been installed since Tuesday April 12,
2005 (day 102), 11.30 GMT.
Unfortunately the data between these two points in time are lost. My
apologies for the inconvenience.

The logfile will be updated accordingly.
