Advisory:  INVK data lost for Day 040

Due the most recent tracking outage of Ashtech uZ receivers in the 
Arctic (see IGSMAIL-4630), the INVK receiver did not recover and 
needed a hard reset to start tracking again. Consequently, we lost 
all data between 00:00:00 and 19:30:30 UT on day 040 (Feb 9, 2005). 
Unfortunately, we have still not been able to get a firmware update 
from Ashtech to correct this continuing problem. We apologize for any 
inconvenience.
