Dear IGS colleagues,

Two weeks ago, I sent an e-mail suggesting to remove
http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsstation/2005/msg00013.html
a number of stations from the reference frame realization
including GOUG.

More recent data has indicated that GOUG has resume
more "normal" coordinates behaviour.

		Station	#	N-E	H
1203 - 1302	GOUG 10	3.1	24.0
1303 - 1305	GOUG 3	3.2	7.7

I suggest to include it back.

YAKT

For the past two winters (~Wks 1205 & 1255), the station
has been experiencing anomalous residuals for a few (~6) weeks.
The effect was about 10m in the North and East components, the
height component was affected to a lesser extent. This winter
the station is also experiencing anomalous behaviour. This time,
the effect is about 25-30 mm in all 3 components. The station
has been temporarily removed from the final product since Wk 1300.
Since the anomaly is worse than the previous years and do not
show any sign of improvement, I suggest to remove it...
at least until it resumes more "normal" behaviour.

Best Regards,
Remi,
