Dear IGS colleagues,

The review at the beginning of the week [IGSSTATION-330]
indicated that at station DGAR, there was the possibility
of a discontinuity on Dec 26, based on GPS week 1303 IGS SINEX
combination results. This week solution (GPS week 1304) confirms
the observed discontinuity between GPS weeks 1302 - 1303.
The discontinuity was confirmed to be about 5mm in the
North and East directions, and no significant discontinuity
in the vertical direction. This is based on weekly estimates
of two weeks before and after Dec 26.
It is suggested to remove it from the IGb00 realization list.

Other reference frame stations in the South Asia region
were also checked for potential discontinuity. The COCO station
was also found to have a small discontinuity of about 3mm in
the North direction and 1.5 in the East direction and down
about 6mm based on the same weekly information and at the same
epoch as DGAR. It is also suggested to remove it from the
IGb00 realization list.

The IGb00 SINEX files will be updated shortly. They will
be located as usual at:
ftp	igscb.jpl.nasa.gov
cd	/station/coord

files:
IGS03P33_RS99.snx.Z
IGS03P33_RS106.snx.Z (if reprocessing pre-IGS00 solutions)

The discontinuity file has also been updated. It is located at:
ftp	macs.geod.nrcan.gc.ca
cd	/pub/requests/sinex/discontinuities

File:
ALL.snx

Best regards,
Remi
