[IGSSTATION-161]: FAIR: Ashtech UZ-12 using external freq. standard again

Dear Colleagues,

The maintenance work on the H-Maser equipment at Gilmore Creek Observatory, Alaska
(FAIR), has been completed (ref. [IGSSTATION-155,156]). The Ashtech UZ-12 receiver is
as of Wednesday September 15th 23:20:07 UTC 2004 again running of this external
frequency standard. A new log will be submitted to the IGS reflecting the frequency
standard change.  We would like to acknowledge the help from the personnel at Gilmore
Creek Observatory.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the FAIR station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and Gilmore Creek Observatory (NOAA), with funding provided by NASA's
Earth Science Enterprise.
