[IGSSTATION-149]: YKRO: network outage and data interruption

Dear Colleagues,

We are again experiencing a data outage from the Ivory Coast, Yamoussoukro GPS
station (YKRO) due to local network problems. It is not certain the connection can be
restored before this weekend, and if the missing data can be recovered. A new
IGSSTATION email will be sent once the station data is again available.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the YKRO station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and the Bureau National D'Etudes Techniques with funding provided by
NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
