Dear Colleagues,  

Since 2004-08-31 (DOY 243) data from QAQ1 is again available at the data 
centers. 
The data outage since 2004-08-06 was caused by a general power failure and 
a following breakdown of the ISDN router. 
Data has been collected at the station during the period and we are in the 
process of filling up the data gap.
