Dear Colleagues,

The Ashtech UZ-12 receiver at Mahe Island, Seychelles (SEY1) was replaced on June
21st, 2004 with a new UZ-12 unit. The receiver swap was prompted by poor receiver
performance. There are still some signal interference due to fast growing trees
around the antenna site.

We will publish the data prior to the receiver swap, but please use with caution.
Publishing of new data will resume momentarily. A new log has been submitted to the
IGS. We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the SEY1 station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and Seychelles National Oil Company in collaboration with UCSD-IDA, with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.

Best regards,

    -Oivind Ruud
