Dear Colleagues,

Due to network problems we are unable to publish data from Ensenada, Mexico (CIC1) at
this time. The network connection to our computer went out late on July 2nd. We hope
the problems can be corrected quickly and the missing data recovered. We apologize
for the inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the CIC1 station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and CICESE with funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
