Data submission for WILL has been resumed effective 2004-06-16T02:00Z.

Prior to this the last data posted was 2004-02-03T20:18Z. Disruption 
due to severed antenna cable and frozen buried cable conduit. 
Repairs have been made and a new cable installed.
