Dear Colleagues,

Due to intermittent tracking problem, the ASHTECH Z-XII3T receiver at USN1
(U.S. Naval Observatory, Washington D.C.) has been replaced with a similar
model on 2004-06-03T00:00:00 UTC. The updated sitelog has been forwarded to
IGSCB.
