ables show stability of the clocks relative to the reference for\nthe day. For each clock solution, relative to the reference clock, a linear\nfunction is fit over 29 hours removing 0.5 hours from the beginning and end of\nthe 30-hour data arc to avoid edge effects. The first epoch of the fit is the\nbeginning of the remaining 29 hours. The tables show the bias and drift from the\nlinear fit and the RMS scatter about the linear fit. Note that since the\nbroadcast values are not used as nominals the only meaningful value for GPS\nsatellites is the RMS scatter. A "." in the column indicates that receiver or\nsatellite is unavailable on that day. Overflows for a given field are written\nwith a "e" format. An "r" indicates the clock was the reference clock on that\nday. The third column of the first two tables shows the weekly standard\ndeviation (STD) of the bias and drift from the linear fit respectively.
