Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 3.7 cm
A clock discontinuity (clock rate change) was detected for PRN25 at
approximately 21:30 on day 129. At this same time, the drift of the clock
onboard PRN25 changed from about -37 ns/hr to a rate of about +311 ns/hr.
