Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 4.0 cm
The drift of the clock onboard PRN17 experienced a shift from
about +252 nsec/hr to -107 nsec/hr at approximately 16:30 on day 240.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from PRN21 excluded on day 239.
WARNING: Data from PRN27 excluded on day 242.
WARNING: Data from PRN31 excluded on day 238.
