Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 7.0 cm

A clock discontinuity (reset) of about 23 microseconds was detected for
PRN23 at approximately 07:30 on day 305.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated.  (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN15 and PRN17 excluded the entire GPS week 1138.
WARNING: Data from PRN02 excluded days 302 and 303 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from ESTI, FORT, HILO, HNLC, KODK, KOUR, MSKU, SLOR, SSIA, TEGU,           WLSN excluded day 301.
