Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 8.0 cm

This week, we add two new candidate global stations. As with other sites,
these sites are given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and clock
solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                        X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
NPLD (Teddington, United Kingdom) 3985500.4560 -23625.5107 4962941.7700
TLSE (Toulouse, France) 4627852.7154 119639.9671 4372994.2652

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN15 and PRN18 excluded the enitre GPS week 1103.
