Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 9.0 cm

According to the file ftp://tycho.usno.navy.mil/pub/gps/gpsn3.txt, PRN23
was unusable on days 271 and 272. We have excluded data from this satellite
on day 271 only.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock days 268 and 273.
WARNING: NRC1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 269 and 270.
WARNING: Data from PRN15 and PRN28 excluded the entire GPS week 1081.
WARNING: Data from PRN23 excluded day 271.
WARNING: Data from PETP, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 268.
WARNING: Data from BARB, MALI, NTUS, PETP, RAMO, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 269.
WARNING: Data from FORT, LBCH, NTUS, PETP, VENE, WTZT excluded day 270.
WARNING: Data from LBCH, PETP, QUIN, WTZT excluded day 271.
WARNING: Data from HARV, KELY, LBCH, NICO, PETP, SOFI, WTZT excluded day 272.
WARNING: Data from DRAG, KELY, REYK, VENE, WTZT excluded day 273.
WARNING: Data from REYK, WTZT excluded day 274.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
