We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report #6260).

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock day 115.
WARNING: Data from PRN15 and PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 1059.
WARNING: Data from FORT, GALA, GOL2, MAD2, TID2, WTZT excluded day 114.
WARNING: Data from AMMN, GODE, GOL2, MAD2, TID2 excluded day 115.
WARNING: Data from GOL2, MAD2, NICO, TID2 excluded day 116.
