Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 12.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report #6260).

Beginning this week, we include data from PRN20/GPS51, which was launched
on day 132 (May 11, 2000). We did not process its data on all days; its
absence from our orbit repeatability table is due to its unavailability on
adjacent days.

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 781 microseconds was detected
for PRN04 at approximately 14:10 on day 144. A similar discontinuity of
about 4 microseconds was detected for PRN31 at approximately 02:15 on day
146.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: DRAO (not USNO) used as reference clock the entire GPS week 1063.
WARNING: Data from PRN02, PRN15, and PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 1063.
WARNING: Data from PRN09, PRN23, PRN24, PRN26 excluded day 142.
WARNING: Data from PRN06, PRN20, PRN24, PRN25 excluded day 143.
WARNING: Data from PRN06, PRN24, PRN26 excluded day 144.
WARNING: Data from PRN20 excluded day 145.
WARNING: Data from PRN04 excluded day 146.
WARNING: Data from PRN20, PRN21 excluded day 147.
WARNING: Data from PRN20 excluded day 148.
WARNING: Data from BILL, DARW, GOL2, MAD2, TID2 excluded day 142.
WARNING: Data from BARH, CIT1, GOL2, HNPT, KOUR, MAD2, SOFI, TID2 excluded day 143.
WARNING: Data from AZU1, CIT1, GOL2, MAD2, TID2, TORP excluded day 144.

WARNING: Data from BILL, BRMU, GOL2, KERG, MAD2, NRC2, REYK, SOFI, TID2, TUBI excluded day 148.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
