Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 11.0 cm

We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report #6260).

A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 41 microseconds was detected
for PRN21 at approximately 02:25 on day 012.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: ALGO (not USNO) used as reference clock days 009, 010, and 013-015.
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 011 and 012.
WARNING: Data from PRN11 and PRN15 excluded the entire GPS week 1044.
WARNING: Data from GOL2, PETP, TID2, UZHL excluded day 009.
WARNING: Data from GOL2, HOLP, KELY, TID2, VILL, PRN08 excluded day 010.
WARNING: Data from AMC2, AOML, GOL2, HOLP, TID2, WES2, PRN06, PRN08, PRN18 excluded day 011.
WARNING: Data from CARR, DARW, GOL2, HOLP, TID2, WES2, PRN08, PRN18 excluded day 012.
WARNING: Data from CARR, DARW, FORT, GOL2, HOLP, MONP, NTUS, QUIN, TID2, PRN18 excluded day 013.
WARNING: Data from CARR, EISL, GOL2, GUAM, SPK1, TID2, USNO, PRN07, PRN18, PRN19 excluded day 014.
WARNING: Data from EISL, GOL2, GUAM, SPK1, TID2, PRN07, PRN08 excluded day 015.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
