Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 8.0 cm
A large clock discontinuity (reset) of about 1.95 microseconds was detected
for PRN16 at approximately 14:35 on day 227. Also, the drift of the clock
onboard this satellite experienced two shifts this day; these were detected
to be from about +15 ps/s to +9 ps/s at approximately 10:15, and then to
+3 ps/s at approximately 23:15.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: FAIR (not USNO) used as reference clock day 228.
WARNING: Data from PRN28 excluded the entire GPS week 1075.
WARNING: Data from PRN10, DGAR, ESTI, HARK, TORP, WTZT excluded day 226.
WARNING: Data from AMMN, BILL, MAS1, NTUS, PETP, TEGU, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 227.
WARNING: Data from CASA, HARV, NTUS, PETP, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 228.
WARNING: Data from AMMN, CASA, HARV, MALI, NOUM, NYAL, PETP, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 229.
WARNING: Data from CASA, MALI, NTUS, RAMO, SFER, TEGU, WTZT excluded day 230.
WARNING: Data from PRN15, CASA, GRAZ, MKEA, NANO, SFER, YELL excluded day 231.
WARNING: Data from GRAZ, NTUS, ZIMM excluded day 232.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
