Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 8.0 cm

According to the file ftp://tycho.usno.navy.mil/pub/gps/gpsb2.txt, a new
Block II-R satellite PRN28 (GPS44) was launched on day 198 (00jul16). We
have excluded all data from this satellite this week due to mismodeling.

The drift of the clock onboard PRN16 experienced a two shifts on day 218.
These were detected to be from about +3 ps/s to +10 ps/s at approximately
08:55, and back to +3 ps/s at approximately 17:55.

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: DRAO (not USNO) used as reference clock day 213.
WARNING: NRC1 (not USNO) used as reference clock days 217 and 218.
WARNING: Data from PRN28 excluded the entire GPS week 1073.
WARNING: Data from PRN16 excluded day 213.
WARNING: Data from PRN26 excluded day 214 due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from PRN01 excluded day 215.
WARNING: Data from PRN15 excluded day 217.
WARNING: Data from CSN1, KELY, LBCH, WUHN excluded day 212.
WARNING: Data from GODE, LBCH, TEGU, VENE, WTZT excluded day 213.
WARNING: Data from HFLK, KUNM, LBCH, WTZT excluded day 214.
WARNING: Data from KUNM, LBCH, QUIN, WTZT excluded day 215.
WARNING: Data from KUNM, LBCH, MAS1, WTZT excluded day 216.
WARNING: Data from KUNM, KWJ1, LBCH, WTZT, WUHN excluded day 217.
WARNING: Data from AREQ, LBCH, WTZT excluded day 218.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
