We continue to exclude data from IGS stations that do not employ Dorne-Margolin
style antennae (see IGS Report No. 6260).

STRATEGY UPDATE/CORRECTION
--------------------------
In last week's analysis report (jpl10557.sum), it was stated that processing
was executed using pseudorange bias corrections for any cross-correlating
receivers included each day. This implementation actually begins THIS week
(1056). We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this
correction.

To reiterate, we incorporate pseudorange bias corrections for cross-correlating
receivers in the global network (typically, TurboRogues and Trimble 4000s).
For these receiver types, CA and "P2" measurements are converted to true P1
and P2 values by applying point-by-point, satellite-dependent pseudorange
corrections as outlined in IGS Mail Message No. 2744. For details on the
necessity of this operation stemming from processing a network of mixed
receiver types, please see IGS Mail Message No. 2320.
